It should be called "Ranked for only the serious league of legends players, and no trolls allowed". then when all the trolls go there you lock them into that mode and they can't be in normal ranked flaming and feeding and such
Colgate Minuette1 votesOr optionally you could not rely on peoples stupidity, and make it so anyone with a normals winrate under 50% can't play ranked at all.
Then add it so if you ranked winrate falls below 50% you need to play 10 normals games and win at least 5.
EDIT:
But this would also completely abolish Bronze so keep that in mind.
Though since technically it couldn't abolish bronze, it would just make it so bronze is technically silver so bronze would just be the people who don't play many ranked games is all.

go on...lol. I know there's no perfect solution but man am I tired of super toxic angry people. just finished a sup game as sion, this very fact was half the salt lol, and was 1/0/10 at one point early mid game. my cait spend the next 20 min telling me how we were loosing because I wasn't a traditional support...the other team ended up getting carried by a fed riven (I hate you riven mains, she's utter nonsense to kill)
Limmie1 votesAs a supp main I know how it is. Personally I go first strike muted, second strike roam to other lanes, third strike I start taking CS and try to carry instead. Not ideal, but I don't see what can be done except maybe bringing back the tribunal. Toxic players can be found at every elo and with all kinds of skill levels, so getting people doing bad away from the game won't do that much. And people are always quick to find scape goats for their own mistakes, specially if they're backed by a premade.
But I'd personally rather have somebody feed their butts off than somebody turning into a keyboard warrior and thinking they can go around berating people just because they got a good score. A week link can always be carried, but a toxic player destroys team morale and soon nobody wants to even try to play anymore.

"Send hitmen to off everyone who creates a new account because noobs" So you're telling me. You'd rather noobs drag down your rank and lose games for you. Then have them play a few extra normals games to balance out the winrate before being allowed to play ranked?
