Urgot/Eve Reworks mini-teaser, indev champion mini teaser, future of the roster updates

To sums up: No more roster update, Riot will focus on single champions update (e.g. Rek'Sai)

The 2 Reworks teams and the 3 New Champions team will fuse into 5 Champion and Rework Teams, so Riot will have a greater window of action.
