Leo10241 votesthey didn't, evelyn was so weak at one point that people automatically thought she was feeding because of how little she could do anything, people were literally being banned for trying their best on evelyn due to her low damage and feeding tendancies
dakota saturn1 votesThat's only opinon that she's ever been weak - even after the stun nerf she was still good.
One guy in the EU server startd playing her Smite/revive and got to diamond with it. I mained evelynn back then and was flamed immediately upon locking in, and had people trolling and running down mid with ghost/tele yi while shouting racist obscenities in allchat.
But this guy was able to do it and it became meta, and got eve's stun removed.
