What does it means? does the projectile looses damage if it goes through minions or is it referring to his last shot doing crit? the tooltip doesn't say anything about a damage modifier except for the critical
edit: maybe it's a cap on his missing health % dmg???? I honestly need clarification here...

Maximum Morde1 votesIt's only a cap because they can't be missing more than 100% health. Missing more than that makes you dead.
They must have changed the %, because the old numbers min was if they were at full, and max was they were missing 100% of their health, which yielded a 200% increase plus the base for 300% total.
Looks like they changed it from 2% per 1% missing to 2.5% per 1% missing.
