New Item concept.

Heart of Diamond

This item cannot be refunded or sold. IF you have killed a minion you cannot buy this item. Once you have this item, you target a champion (like kalista spear does.) Within 900 units of this champion if they kill a minion, jg creep etc, you gain 90% of that gold as well. (You still gain shared gold for Dragons baron towers inhibs as well at natural gold over time. However kills give reduced gold to they support and more gold to the ADC if they both were in the combat. No more ADC sad that support got kill. )

This promotes making sure your ADC is protected as well as give you gold for keeping them alive. Longer they are alive the longer they can farm, the better your income is and better your end game items are.

Not killing minions is hard for some supports though, even if they are doing their best to accidentally not hit one. I do not cs in lane but even so my abilities do kill a minion every once and a while.

Take Sona for example. Sometimes her Q targets minions. Raka's Q might hit minions. Janna's tornado will go through minions.

I like this idea. Alot of the time ill be fighting and my adc and the enemy adc are low but I dont wanna attack out of fear for stealing the kill. An item that allowed me to ruthlessly defend my adc without having to worry about ksing them would be great!

Remember that were limited to one gold income item so it should be more in line with frost queens and eye. Also I think with champion kills it should just give all the gold to the adc. And I think 90 percent of gold from ally minion kills is not necessary. Remember it need to in line with things like frost queen. Also I think the unique passive of giving the kill gold to adc should have some sort of cooldown at least. Finally I think this would go great with some small defensive buffs. I was thinking something along the lines of grants 20 armor and 15 mr. I think defensive stats would fit well with this item because it would allow you to play safer unlike spelltheifs were you need to attack the enemy to get gold. This would greatly benefit champions with poor early game. Those are just my thoughts.

They are not item independent at all.

Starting item: Heart of gold; 300g +2g/10 +5%MS Unique passive: Total service; (Can only be purchased by the 'support') gold from last hits and kills are instead attributed to the "Bottom laner' if they are within 800 range. You gain assist gold for kills, and 0 gold for last hitting minions and monsters.

Builds into; The diamond heart; 2400g (Bami's cinder+heart of gold+aether wisp+gold) +5g/10 +10% MS +300HP Unique passive: Diamond immolation; deals champion level+18-36 magic damage to nearby enemies Unique passive: Dependence: Last hits and kills are instead attributed to the bottom laner if they are within 1200 range, and both support and bottom laner gain 100% of kill gold.

AP is converted into gold/10.
