Team Builder Wait Times

We all know the pains of waiting anywhere from 10-20 minutes for a support to pop up on a good day. I think it would be ideal for Riot to implement an IP boost for the most needed lane/role (which is generally always Bottom Lane Support), on a per game basis. So that way you can't just say you're playing support in mid or top lane, you have to be in that specific lane, playing that specific role. This way the most needed will change more often to other roles and lanes, as well as take some of the weight off of waiting times.
