Buff talon
Give talon his silence back or lower the cost on his W so he can do something in lane. I'm not saying this because I'm a talon main, but I'm saying this because I'm a talon main. So, yeah. Do it. Or else.

The problem with the silence was that you can't put that on someone who does that much burst damage. A compromise would be for it to make mobility abilities unusable so that the enemy cannot just jump/troll pole/dash/flash/anything away, but still allow attacking/ccing spells to be used so that it's not 0 counterplay burst.
IMO, there is no reason to pick

does the same with more reliable mobility, no mana issues, safer poke, better assassination ultimate, and the bonus AD passive...
Idea : nerf a bit Talon base spell damage (Diplomacy and Rake), and put some damage amplifier to his R, maybe X% to all enemies within the circle of blades. Can also add any effect on the blink like a short stat boost. Or give some sustain on his passive, like "regain X hp everytime auto-hit a unit under CC"
Definitely needs some work.
To be honest, Riot should buff Talon in a way where his E can be used on a target and still get the same effect as it does now. Or can be used to teleport to target location in range, considering it would be a viable way to escape, and would make him a much more safe laner.
