Its insanely good on him, and with the new changes, it will be insane. Pretty much all his abolitys are single target now.

Almost definitely not. As with all other on-hit items, low attack speed still keeps him from applying the item enough to be worthwhile. Just getting to have it on W and R isn't enough to make up for the anti-synergy of the item's damage not synergizing with the bonuses from his crit and attack speed like a normal AD item would.

Manamune is on-hit, it profits from shooting fast, the opposite of what Jhin is all about.
