Riot, why is it okay that I'm matched up against people who are mastery level 7 and have 1000 wins?

Recently, I've been on a losing streak. I have lost at least 7 games within the past week, and I have only won two. Most of the games I lose, I'm against seasoned players who have over at least 500 wins, are mastery level 6, and are skyping with two other people. Meanwhile, there are people who are literally below level 20 on my team. I don't know how it happened. Why is this okay? I'm a new level 30 who hasn't even started to play ranked.

Because Riot REALLY needs to fix their matchmaking for normals. Im low silver and have 3-4 diamond/plat players in every one of my normals games

Well actually the answer to this is obvious. If the people on other team are premade then that means you will have premades on your team. So if you get someone who is wayyyy below the level of most of the other people in the game its because they are in a premade with someone else on your team whos level is same or near yours. That is same reason why you may also face people who are higher ranked than you. If mid and high elo players que with a low elo then the game will either match the low elo player in a game against people closer to the higher elo players elo or it will match them vs people near their elo which would put the high elos vs low elo players.

ALSO

You have to take in the fact that you have 2 seperate MMRs. You have a Normal Q MMR and a Ranked MMR. If they are not in a premade then they might just be getting into your games because of their Normal Q MMR. Your MMR might be close to where theirs was for normal play. When they play their ranked games it doesnt effect their normal Q MMR. So yeah they may be ranked plat or diamond but in a Normal game they will get matched by their Normal Q MMR.

But why is this okay? I understand the math behind it, but it seems like there is no one guy who is obviously better on my team who is playing neither he low level guys
