Jungle Tryn Cant gank as well as top jungle picks...He can scale, but That's about it. Rather take teleport with him top

Try:

2 life steal quints. 1 Attack speed quint.

9 armor yellows. 9 magic scaling resist blues. 9 Attack speed reds.

Go attack speed jungle item. The Stalker one (apply slow).

For the build, go BC, berserkers (core). Need some sort of CC. You also rely on Red Buff if you planning a gank. Post 6, better ganks.

Then, I.E, LW. The spots left choose wisely according to situation.

Shaco's pressure on the map is ten times better in the jungle than top lane though.
