Juggernaut6281 votesDarius is unfightable early and mid game due to his armor pen and his half health bar true damage, but his late game is worse than Zed going full AP (not really, but it's an "example"). What Riot should do with both Garen and Darius is make their ults less oppressive early game so they don't snowball off of their damage, but then buff their ults late game to actually do something besides act like a Cho'Gath ult on a Cho'Gath going tanky and not AP (so about 700 damage). I mean, Darius is beatable, but with his burst early he is able to kill at least one person in a 1v2 before dying. I do agree though that his late game sucks as I mentioned, so it could get buffed slightly, but in a manner that wouldn't affect his early game to become even more oppressive.
Maximum Zilean1 votesThe ult buff he got was added to make him somewhat threatening in a teamfight again. But that didn't fix his main weakness of never actually getting into the fight.
Sure once he does get in and manages to stay for a bit, everyone will die. But he is still super easy to force out of a fight before it starts.
Basically the buff only made it more rewarding for the good Darius players who manage to work around his weakness.

I haven't really had any problems using Darius, but I'll concede that players in my division might not know how to deal with him.
