If Aurelion Sol Could instantly cast his Q, he would feel so much better to play.

Right now, you have to wait a half a second in order to cast the second part of your Q. If he could press QQ in quick succession, he would feel so much nicer to play as. I'm already useless when someone is in front of me (unless I blow an ult).
