LP earned in bronze

Ive been in b5 for my whole league experience and I believe that riot should implement better and more fair lp gains for wins and or lp losses for losing. in bronze 5 you usually get the same amount of lp for wins than losses, but right when you hit bronze 4, it is gaining half as much for wins than losses for example, I recently got into b4 and right away got on a 5 game win streak only to end it with 3 losses and another demotion just because of the drastic lp loss in case of a defeat and the small lp increase for a win... Please get this to riot if possible because it is very difficult to climb out of bronze while going positive in win/loss ratio :) Thank you.
