This happens WAY too many times.
The enemy jungler will be taking scuttle, I will shop up and instantly want to steal it.
Too bad I cant see it's health bar for a solid few seconds.
Why is this? Why must it's health bar be missing when someone else is attacking it for a moment?

Just click it and you'll see it's healthy in the top left.
I do that, but it is too late most of the time. Clicking scuttle with smite loaded up, looking to top corner of the screen. Usually by the time I look up there, it gets killed off. It also takes focus off of the enemy champion who could be going right after me.
