I heard Riot was looking for a way to buff both Support Lulu and Solo Lulu
Just give her 5 movement speed. This would put her in line with Karma, who is another champion who has to blow a defensive cooldown in order to move faster.

Honestly if you look back on past patch notes. The reason Lulu was picked before was because she could glitterlance twice and clear a wave. So they reduced her ratios...fromk you guessed it .7 to .5.
Someone else posted that the balanced team just works on a rotation...this change happening almost a year after it went through seems pretty obvious. pros used lulu as a super support for peel for carry comps in mid. She was super oppressive wave clear and a ton in her kit. Buffing mid lulu might be a way to riot to bring back the hyper carry.
Tin foil hat time. But honestly as soon as lulu is pick/ban in lcs this spring like always she will have that ratio reduced JUST like last time. SERIOUSLY does riot even think before they do shit. AT least check past note to see if you LITERALLY did this same change before. Its actually fucking infuriating.
