Remember that this means Riot can balance him around the fact that his ult will always go off, this opens up an opportunity for Riot to nerf his manaless waveclear/ability to basically one-shot. This is a good change as long as Zed gets changed to compensate.

Guy Fox Teemo1 votesWhile this is a sort of buff, I dont actually think this will impact him very much, as most people don't actually build QSS till third/fourth item, which by the time he can kill you without the proc. (This is just an example players being stupid/selfish in there builds thinking they're safe)
