Ive been abusing Full AP Galio
Tbh nerf his ap ratios. Im literally oneshotting squishies with one Q late game. Smh now a full combo is a whole other story

I don't see why, at best he'd be a viable mage. Even pre-rework he was always a mage/tank depending on how you build him. A Viktor or any mage can do the same when they go full AP while also having more spells to support them at range.
