About the upcoming reworks

Could some champs receive a VU along with the rework ? The 4 next ones are not getting one, but none of them (Mordekaiser needed one, but it was mentioned that he is not a priority) needed an VU. However , it was mentioned a Akali and Olaf reworks, both of which could use a VU. Also when Scuffy talked about immobile mages, he mentioned Swain and Zyra, both of which also really need a VU. So, are their any plans to send out VU along with the reworks ? PS: Ryze and Veigar may not have been mentioned, but they are also immobile, and need a VU
