How to nerf Jhin so his win-rate isn't 53%+ for no reason

Definitely more recent so there's no reason for anyone to be a master at him especially in lower elo. Just make it so his ult doesn't slow so much on every shot, just on one shot like either the first or the last, that's it, all that's needed for his pick rate to drop below 25% once again. It's just too good of an engage for too long and for how little danger he has to put himself in, it really shouldn't be an engage so much as a finisher or zoning tactic. I thought Jhin was suppose to be an marksman, not a control mage.

Definitely needs the slow on traps to be lowered. Honestly I'd even say hit the damage on them. I shouldn't be taking 400 damage from a rank 1 ability because I hit a trap that's stealthed and Jhin was around to press W.

After that, make it so he only gains movement speed on fourth shot, not all crits.

His traps barely slow, and his W is so incredibly narrow it's easy to dodge. There's no reason to punish him for building crit. That's not even going to be consistent till late where it's not a problem.

35% is not barely. Its easy to hit a W when someone is slowed. Ive played jhin many times and his W is easy to hit

35% is2 certainly not barely, and the W becomes very easy to hit while they're slowed.

Not to sound bias since I main Jhin but his W is not easy to hit since it's really narrow even with the traps helping it's not hard to move from them. The damage is quite high though. The same for his R the bullets each have narrow spaces to hit and your stationary and any displacement stops your ult. Ever try going up against a good Bard, Nami, Brahm? I hate bards who just ult me back and even worse my team who gets stasis along with me in my ult lol.
