Instant AOE radius silence that does 1,000+ dmg and you can track onto people who attempt to move out. Instant AOE slow that turns into a stun Being able to kite while casting laser that will often enough chunk you for a minimum of half your HP. A fucking shield as he nails you for around 200 dmg

who really counters this? It's a bit much for a single champ, he needs to lose the ability to track his ult AND lose the stun, then MAYBE he'll be balanced, unfortunately he'll still probably just insta gib 99% of the champs in game.

Where's the counter play?

Drop grav field on champ > drop Ult on champ(oh now you're silenced) > Laser and power as you laugh as they're stunned and sent back to nexus. Give an ignite for style points.

I mean, not like he's an immobile squishy mage who is incredibly easy to gank and make useless during laning phase or anything. Or that his laser, which is roughly half his damage is rather slow moving and hard to land both the initial beam and the after shock unless you're standing right in front of him.

its no longer a silence. the half second silence was removed a while ago.

now it only interrupts ongoing casts, which is pretty difficult to do because most casts are .25seconds and hard to see.

it could be quite annoying if you're a galio or a velkoz, outside of them its not a bit deal at all.

my only gripe with him is his ability to wave clear with 1 ability alone. that laser just 1hkos both the front and back line.

Getting details wrong is not helping your case though. Viktor's silence was removed a long time ago; now it just interrupts channels.

Lol, his ult lost its silence like a year ago you know. And to deal instant 1k damage with his R he would need 1100 AP. His slow isn't instant and stun needs 1.5s to proc.

His ult is not a silence, it just interrupts channels. And it definetely doesnt do 1k+ unless its really late game or viktor is really fed.

With that said, he is kinda strong but he definetely doesn't need to be gutted. He is also immobile so assasins like diana, talon, akali, zed, or even yasuo can dump on him pretty hard since they can use abilities to get out of his slow/stun circle. His range also isn't that massive.

I was gonna say, any mobile assassin can duke out his moves and rip him a new one. He's a powerful siege mage, but get in his face and you'll defeat him easily.
