So lets talk about LB
So in this new world that riot is trying to create where assassins are not a auto win riot has enjoyed itself in leaving LB on the rift with no changes to her what so ever.
if you take a look at the league of legends page about LB you will see low Mana costs for high damage point and click abilities that take little to no skill. Now Leblanc is tough to face, but we have seen high elo players deal with her by using a great amount of skill and prediction so that they can land cc while she is blasting towards them. This of course doesn't help a lot after level 6 when her EXTREMELY LOW CD ult is able to Proc Q or Q is able to proc ult and she deals huge amounts of damage for basically free because her ult doesn't have a mana cost. Also the riot page doesn't list a Cd for Lb ult because at rank 3 it is 24 seconds and at rank 1 this free high damage ability has a 40 second cd which is stupid low for a high scaling (60% ap for Sigil applies once for initial and again for secondary/ 90% ap for Distortion/ 60% ap for chains ) high damage (100/200/300 for Sigil Initial and again on secondary/ 150/300/450 for Distortion/ 100/200/300 for chains) free ability that can require 2 point and click uses.
So why is it that riot is allowing a high damage, Low cooldown, Low mana cost Assassin do this in a more skill based league of legends?
i think that Leblanc should either get nerfed until Rito knows what to do with her or should get a rework because this champ is downright unforgiving to the majority of players that have to face her below diamond.
Now all this is well and good, but what do high elo players have to say about this champion? Well you don't have to look far when you see that every single game at Msi, except for 3, Leblanc was either picked or banned out. So even the pro players across every region think she is a broken champion. With only Hecarim getting as much pick/ban time as LB and he got nerfed with the Cinderhulk debuff. Msi Wiki
