Diana Mage Update
Any Diana mains out there that can weigh in on how 6.9 has effected her? Still trying to figure out the best build, runes, and masteries for lane and jungle.

Diana jungle is one of my favorite champ/role combos out there, so I'll say what I think.
Devourer Diana is GONE. DEAD. I used to go Devourer

(in that order) or something when my team got an early advantage (So I could secure Dragon/Herald for stacks), but that build just doesn't exist anymore.

Runic Diana is... probably the exact same. Her three core items
made it through pretty much unscathed.
As far as the new items go... I can't see an assassin wanting the snowball cannon, and the rocket belt MIGHT be good to get into ult range? Increases her effective dash range by a tiny bit, but the damage is wasted. I still go the standard ATKSpd reds, armor yellow, AP blues and either AP or MS quints.
I won't delude you with any Lane Diana info, since I only play her jungle. A VERY EXPERIMENTAL build might look something like this (Just made this up in my head, treat this as a baseline)
. 30% CDR, the nice poke from Luden's, and the burst from Lich Bane... this seems like it'd work. I don't really know, though, so feel free to ignore me on this one.
All I can say is I'm feeling the hate of a mage assassin. Everyone else gets these cool patch update in the assassin patch and the mage patch...No love for Diana though.
I've only played a couple games of her but I don't think anything really changed. There are some nice cooldown on the items you'd use anyway so that's nice.
