An imperfect new passive would be more welcome than no new passive at all.

no it would not it would be the same shit with maybe more problems and a waste of a ton of ressources

hint: skarner rengar eve and all champions that had 3 or 4 reworks before a full VGU

You mean resources that were already invested? The passives they tested exist. Dropping them is the waste of resources.

already tested without visuals just random stuff with numbers to see if it's better or not, then needs visual and sound effects, then need to invest more to fixe all the bugs it can lead with every interaction with every items and champions

all of that for something that doesn't hit the mark? no sorry

She needs so much work to be viable.

The speed of her glacial path (e) should be looked at, along with the distance it can travel.
Her passive is a joke, and needs a complete overhaul. Something that STUNS enemies would put her in an infinitely better place.
As it stands, she's basically discount Annie, or even discount Cass. She brings very little thats unique to the table, and the other two champions basically do her job, but better.
Her ONLY saving grace is her ultimate, which is pretty cool. She needs more to be viable.
