Nerf Lulu

She makes every game unplayable. Shields on par with janna and karma. Has more poke than soraka and and zyra and it actually does damage. Has a silence that makes your movement slow and unable to do anything. Then has another ability that slows you. Can give herself a movement speed boost or any of her allies while giving her allies an attack speed boost. On top of all this she has a pixie that allows her to fire the same poke from two sources making it double the poke but can do it from multiple angles. Then she can send it to her ally so they can use it to do a double attack. Let's get to her ult, it not only has an AOE knock up, but it gives her ally bonus health that, again, slows enemies. You can't chase her, she'll perma slow you and speed herself up. You can't catch her out, she'll ult. How this champ allowed to have so much utility, cc, disengage, and poke and not get nerfed? Taric and Zilean are nerf worthy as well, but at least their skill cap is higher. Lulu is straight point and click and if she messes up, the diversity in her kit can cover it. She's never useless as her cooldowns are extremely low. At least janna got a nerf on her shields. Where's the Lulu nerf?

I'd take your post seriously if you didn't word it like Lulu has 2 charges of her W and E

No she doesn't but she can use them in two different ways. One way for her allies and another for her enemies and they have fairly short cooldowns.

they have fairly short cooldowns.

It has a 6 second CD at max rank with max CDR.

I guess you don't think 10 seconds is short? Especially during laning phase when nothing is happening. I mean blitz Q cd is 20 seconds but it seems like it's up all the time. Not only that, it's not the only ability she can use and it lasts for a good bit of seconds. That's like saying morg's q only has an 11 second cd. Yeah, but if it lands, you're rooted for 2 seconds so really, her cd is 9 seconds and that is no time at all. If Lulu only had a w and e to work with, this post wouldn't make sense, but she can rotate through each ability making the cd on one ability seem shorter than how short it actually is. I'm not arguing about her w and e. I'm arguing about her usage, passive, q, w, e, and r all together.

Champs are supposed to have unique play styles to them. If you pick a poke support then they're supposed to poke and only poke, like zyra or lux. You want sustain, pick champs like soraka, nami, or janna. You want utility, pick zilean or karma. Champs shouldn't have multiple or diverse playstyles. The items they buy are the only things that should have diversity. When you have a champ like Lulu who can poke, then sustain herself to avoid damage in trades, then boost her speed so the enemy is out of reach or slow them, you create cancer. Karma is the same, nami is the same. You don't overload the champ. Especially not the support.

10 seconds is the length of 3 team fights....

Especially during laning phase when nothing is happening.

It's actually at 16 seconds in laning phase and lasts like 1 second at that point in the game. Using it will lead to your death because it lasts too short for the range it has and how little MS Lulu has. Complaining about it in laning phase is silly.

I mean blitz Q cd is 20 seconds but it seems like it's up all the time.

Not comparable. Blitz Q has WAy more offensive pressure than Lulu's W.

Not only does it making him an incredible Zoner, but its a long ranged skill shot with way more pick potential, as it displaces his target to him.

Polymorph does no such thing, is a point and click short range spell, and doesn't even hard CC the person let alone move them anywhere. And unlike Blitz, Lulu is made of paper.

At this point in the game, she is better of using it on herself for the speedboost and atk speed.

You'd only use the Poly in a gank, assuming you are in position to us it at all.

Not only that, it's not the only ability she can use and it lasts for a good bit of seconds.

If Lulu uses her Polymoph, she locks herself out of using the speed boost for 16 seconds, and vice versa. Lulu has to choose between her spells based on the situation because they aren't separate spells, btu spells that do something different depending on her target. Comparing it to having an extra spell is disingenuous.

That's like saying morg's q only has an 11 second cd. Yeah, but if it lands, you're rooted for 2 seconds so really, her cd is 9 seconds and that is no time at all.

again, this isn't; comparable. Morg's Q is a 3 second snare skillshot that can be free thrown at no cost and proves zoning.

If Lulu only had a w and e to work with, this post wouldn't make sense, but she can rotate through each ability making the cd on one ability seem shorter than how short it actually is.

this proves to me you've never played the champion because that not only makes no sense but isn't even true.

I'm not arguing about her w and e. I'm arguing about her usage, passive, q, w, e, and r all together. \

So basically every champion in the game...? Why is lulu put on the burner specifically then?

Champs are supposed to have unique play styles to them. If you pick a poke support then they're supposed to poke and only poke, like zyra or lux.

Both Lux and Zyra also have create Pick potential, Burst and in the case of Lux, utility and protection in the form of her Slows and Shields........

Not the best example for your point.

But hat said, Lulu DOES have a specific and focused playstyle. She is based on empowering allies and debuffing enemies.

You want sustain, pick champs like soraka, nami, or janna.

Soraka also has an AOE silence and peel. Name also has tons of pick potential, peal, ability to empower allies and damage, poke. Janna is the disengage queen on top of buffing her allies damage.

You want utility, pick zilean or karma.

Both Zilean and karma also prove a large amount of damage mitigation, CC, damage and DPS.

Champs shouldn't have multiple or diverse playstyles.

I mean, i fundamentally disagree, but that is beyond the point because really, Lulu doesn't even have that. Champs SHOULD have tons of play styles. It's just that they shouldn't have all of them at once. You should have to pick which part soif the champions you wanna focus on at the expense of others as opposed to being a single perfected all rounded cylinder that is rigid but always at 100 efficiency, because that goes against strategy and turns league into a weird half based fighting game.

The items they buy are the only things that should have diversity.

The diversity of items is irrelevant if the champs kit shave no diversity, because then you have no reason to buy different items at all.

When you have a champ like Lulu who can poke, then sustain herself to avoid damage in trades, then boost her speed so the enemy is out of reach or slow them, you create cancer.

Lulu's poke is trash. She has 0 sustain.

You have no idea what you're talking about.

Karma is the same, nami is the same. You don't overload the champ. Especially not the support.

Ignoring the implication that somehow some champs being overloaded isn't as much a problem if they aren't support (because that's just stupid) you can't just mindlessly claim "lol this champ is overloaded" and call it an argument.

The statements you made show you not only know very little about the champ you are complaining about, but the game at large.

The statements you made show you not only know very little about the champ you are complaining about, but the game at large.

I find it hypocritical and immature in this argument to presume or claim that I have no knowledge of this game or of the champ. Do I main Lulu? No. Does that mean that anything I claim about her is irrelevant? No. I'm pretty sure a lot of the players that claimed Ezreal's Q needed a nerf were not ez mains or did not play him often. Am I saying that just because a player is really good with a champion making the character's flaws almost non-existent, the champion is overpowered? No. I played her enough times and played against her enough times to know how to play against her and to know how much damage she does. The first time I played her, she was easy and I still did extremely well with her. That was not because my opponents were bad. It was solely due the fact that her kit is overloaded with all kinds of abilities you can use. She is not a spam champ, this does not mean she has to be in order for her to deal damage. I don't know league you play but just about every ap support champion that heals or shields increases those heals and shields by their ability power as well as heal and shield items. This is why every healing and shielding champ has AP items like deathcap, ardent censor grants you AP, and why you're starting item is spellthief's for the AP instead of ancient coin or shield. This means that a healing and shielding support is going to build AP and do damage and the more damage they deal, the better the healing and shielding. This does not mean that she's an automatic win nor does it mean she makes it to where she wins more games than not. She simply makes winning games easier. "Why isn't she played in pro play?" because in the upper echelon of league where players actually take the time to know how to play against her, she is outclassed by the more flashy and bursty supports. I don't know what kind of time you live by, but I want you to sit still and do nothing for 10 seconds and tell me how fast 10 secs went by. Then you add actually doing something on top of that and tell me how fast it goes by. if you're going to presume that I know nothing about Lulu even though I looked her kit up through the actual League pages, then I'm going to assume that Lulu is your lord and savior and no matter what anyone says about her in a negative light, you're just going to disagree.

First and foremost, zilean doesn't have damage mitigation. Stop taking every little single thing I say and use it as a justification as to why you believe one small sentence invalidates my whole argument. That's called being childish. Second, Zilean needs a nerf as well, but at least he isn't giving his teammates shields and his clocks are easy to dodge. Lulu's poke isn't trash in the laning phase where it matters the most. She has as much sustain as janna without Janna's ult. The only point I can come to terms with you on is your point about how a champ being overloaded on a champ is bad for all roles not just support. I stand on my statement about how champs are not supposed to have diversity or multiple playstyles. Janna is a sustain champ. You build supporting items like redemption, ardent censor, locket, and other support items that allow you to enhance your team's performance. You're not supposed to build straight AP on her and deal hella damage with her w. Malphite and Cho'gath are tanks. You build tank items on them and take hella damage. You're not supposed to be able to build straight AP, one shot everyone, and still take hella damage. Garen is a bruiser. You build tank items and one armor shredding item and shred tanks while still being a tank. You're not supposed to build AD on him and start one shotting ADCs.

Her shield is not 2,5 sec so she is nerfed. No need to nurf her again
