So many posts of people complaining about always getting their secondary.
Look. If you queue up and your 2 choices are a very sought after role (such as mid) and a role that not even close to as many people want to play (like support) you'll most likely get the undesirable role. This is not a system error. This is literally the system doing its job to find 10 players as fast as possible.

Someone who queued as mid/adc and someone who queued as adc/mid got put on the same team and both of them were assigned their secondary role.

All I was saying that if you queue for the same role as 90% of players and put your secondary as a role that 2% of players queue for odds are you're gonna get the latter.

Ok, so why do I keep getting mid when I want support?

We just try to get Riot to do something with this, many people like me stopped supporting at all (expect for premade games) because picking secondary support guarantees you supporting. This only makes queue times longer for everyone, because less and less people ever queue as supports.

There's nothing riot can do if people don't want to play the role.
If more people queued as support, you'd get support less. Woah. Amazing. Simple logic? No, it can't be!

How hard it is to understand nobody wants to support precisely for that reason? When dynamic queue started it was far bettter, but it made more and more people quit supporting. Making queue times a bit longer for support secondaries but giving them better chance to play primary role would only make things better.

Shonjl2 votesThe point is no one likes to support, nothing else matters, nothing you say nor I say or anyone else says. That is fact.
End of the line, no one likes support so if you sup main or secondary or fill, you get support. The fact they give people options now allows people to further alienate the role, and now that people willing to support are getting tired of it, it is getting even more alienated.
Riot basically has 2 options else this will fail.
A. Make support actually worth playing, yes there is people that enjoy it, but if the majority don't. It probably wouldn't be too far fetched to say less than 5% of people actually enjoy support, and probably less than 10% that tolerate it. Then it isn't a fun role, simple as that. My suggestion would be at least quit gold starving the class. Give them a way to have a support only item that can't be abused that actually gives them gold. People hate that they are underleveled and poor as support, just making items like 
or 
actually have good gold incomes would fix a lot. Make Talisman give like 80% of a minions worth if you are nearby and make Frost Queen either raise its x gold per 10 to something actually worth a damn, hell I would say 50, 1 minute is 300g, that isn't gamechanging. Or make it increase your passive gold, hell make it 2-10 added to your passive, if you get 1g every second, make it give 3-11g per second randomly. Just examples but point stands.
B. Get rid of support entirely. There is a lot of champs that are PURPOSELY made weak so they can support since Riot doesn't like when supports solo lane. So get rid of supports entirely. Throw ADC to mid lane where they are alone to farm as they please and make bot lane a double lane of whatever the hell you please, mages, assassins, tanks, whatever.
While some can be debated since yes some is opinion, a lot of that we all know is true. People just don't like support, make it better or get rid of it is basically all I can think of.
