This is not how to nerf galio....

Galio was shit tier a few patch ago because his early game was too bad to be worth playing as a champion...

You buffed his early game over time then he became too strong later in the game and his weak early game was worth for his stronger mid late game..

Instead of nerfing his too strong mid late game and keeping a bit weak early game you decided to Zed the champion by increasing his only way to do anything in lane against ranged opponent by 4 seconds..

you are already a FREE lane for any hyper scaling carries in the game because they can just decide to do anything in early lane against you then outscale you...

Ur only way to win lane and try shut their hyper scaling down was by getting into them and winning laning phase with brute force..

now you cant do that anymore..

so now what happens is if they pick a outscaling champion against you you lose..

??? just like current zed without overtuned lethality.

can you learn something riot?

how about nerf his W scaling then wow you have a balanced champion that way..
