Whenever I log in my preset runes are visible again?

I thought they fixed this a couple of patches ago, but whenever I log in, my rune setup settings disappear. If I chose grid mode to show rune editing, it's back to list mode. If I chose to hide my presets, they're back to being visible. It doesn't save.

If I check show detailed explanation it goes back to unchecked as soon as I reopen the client.
