Wasn't touched in the Marksmen Update, Mage Update (Although he did get buffs the same patch that came out), and we have no sign of him in the Assassin Update (just his passive is going to be changed). What are Riot's thoughts on him?
They consider him a Disruptor aka a kind of Controller aka the name replacement for Support. I think they also consider him a hybrid Assassin, which is why he is getting minor changes to stealth in the Assassin update, but not more since he isn't considered primarily an Assassin.
considering teemo maintains a 53% winrate in plat+ i'd say he's in a pretty damn good spot
