Please Remove Grievous Wounds for the same reason Pink Wards were removed

TLDR : 800 gold item isn't being used frequently in lower elo compared to higher elo like pink wards so they should go too.

The counterplay to champions using any type of Stealth used to be pinks, which would reveal & make them targetable. It was removed because it needed a slot, and it was used in higher elo way more than lower elo.

That is what is practically happening with Executioners Calling and Mortal Reminder. Few people buy this item, even if there is a Swain Top, Mundo JG, and a Vlad Mid. Morellnomicon is not bought always on ap midlaners, and only applies to when the enemy is under 35% of their max hp. This will allow Riot to lower healing across the board and would be easier to balance to each healer. Lifesteal should also be lowered. [repost from reddit]

I think they may do that eventually so they can better balance sustain and healing, but I doubt they'll do it soon.

False comparison. What you need to understand is that sustain and regen aren't aspects unique to specific champions. Yes, there are champs that revolve around it, but it isn't an aspect unique to them. Sustain can be bought via items and obtained from masteries and runes.

Stealth on the other hand is a mechanic unique to specific champions.

You can't balance sustain the same way you can balance stealth because it isn't a mechanic only Mundo and Vlad utilize.

Saying GW should be removed is more comparable to saying item 3140 and summoner 1 and spellshields should be removed, which is ridiculous.

I've made posts before about Riot has stated that they brought GW back specifically because sustain would basically not be allowed to be strong enough to actually be good without it to keep it in check.

They did it at the beginning of S6. They broke Soraka in doing so.

EDIT: They made it so it only effected SELF healing. My bad.
