Random "For Fun" Game Modes & Crafting Interactions

I've recently noticed that in all of the random game modes such as ARAM (ARAM doesn't really apply to this since the only champs you won't own are the free week ones), or any of the weekend events, if you get a champion in a mode such as "One For All" that you don't own, you are not eligible to earn key fragments, or boxes.

While for a game mode where you can CHOOSE your champion, or only selects champions you own, this is perfectly fine

But when playing One For All or other such game modes where you can sometimes play champions you don't own, I personally feel like key fragments at the least should still be able to be earned.

Boxes are kind of a similar, but different topic, but I think its slightly unreasonable to not allow this seeing as how sometimes, it's out of the players hand who they get.

The key fragments thing has been listed as a known bug for months. At this point, I'm starting to question whether or not it actually is a bug though.

The box thing would be a nice change, but has potential for abuse via farming with premades on unowned champs. I still think it'd be a worthwhile change, but Riot seemingly disagrees.

true with the boxes, but there is no reason fragments shouldnt be allowed
