Does Pen from runes not show in champ stats?
I am running ad pen reds and quints but my champ stats in game say i only have +8 flat pen.

They do show up, but you only have 7.7 armor pen (which will round up to 8 on the champ stats) because You're missing the marks http://s32.postimg.org/djkw8c3et/Capture.jpg
