Since 7.24 Galio some times loses his W passive completely for no reason.

And the only way to fix that bug is by taking dmg and refreshing it but then later on it disapears again....

This causes Galio to get completely shit on by a lot of mages right now with no W passive for like half the game....

I think this has to do with attacking something or moving into fog of war im not completely sure but i would like if it could get fixed since its something thats game changing.

I know u guys dont like galio but it doesnt change the fact this champion is still pretty bad overall and probably needs some of his old base dmg he had back.

galio do not have dmg? XD bro im killing the adc or the mages by 2 hit with galio , just if they touch the E + Q , and if you have ignite its a 100% kill :D get a good build then use it, also depends on the enemy team at the end ;)

confirmed, this happened to me today. I think it has to do with taking minion or jg monster dmg, not sure tho
