Did not recieve bonus IP for playing flex Q

in article here http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/competitive/2017-ranked-season-kicks it says u get 50% bonus ip for playing flex... played 2 games.. got no bonus IP even tho its supposed to be up on live. (double checked the time and date for my server.)

RITO PLS FIX.

P.S. Flex gives less IP than ARAM.. mby increase that?

It said that it's purely a display issue and you still are getting them.
