So as you can see in the picture, Rito is literally ignoring the threads about the "3 refunds per season", despite them being the most upvoted. I think we can all see Rito's true intentions...

Like...not caring about it? Why should they? Its completly unnecessary. Just because the community cries for refunds riot doesnt need to give them away, its completly their decision. I dont get what people expect to be honest~ Be happy that we got 3 refunds, also unnecessary and in no other moba a thing.
It's all about the money with Rito. It's all about the 1% in the professionals, all about Bjersen, Faker, Wildturtle, and I can't think of any others. It's not about the other 99% who just play LoL because it's fun, the 99% who say 'hey bro come play some League with me'. It's all about the money.
