i don't see why you wouldn't be able to. QSS and cleanse are always available to use no matter what kind of disable is on you.

its far to open to abuse and trolling as it stands now. i wouldn't worry to much about it as i do see a change coming in the not to distant future. riot may fuck up alot and might be slowly losing there last brain cells on how to make this game good but there still smart enough to know not to let anyone in the LoL community freeze an Allie..
