Serious Packet Loss Issues.

Hey there everyone!

Recently i have been experiencing some serious freeze frame/packet loss. The last game i played, i couldn't see nidalee spears, they would hit me, and then the animation would catch up. Its not my PC... at least i hope not. I have constant 70+ Frames, and a normal ping of 80.

Has anybody else been stuck with this? Let me know whats up!
