Can we buff Bard's W heal AP ratio?

I love playing Bard and he really doesn't need any damage buffs at all. There are a lot of games where I am one of the top damage dealers, if not the top damage dealer on the team.

However, his heal is very weak even when building AP. It would be nice to slightly buff his AP ratio on his W to make it better mid to late game without effecting his laning phase too much while also making more viable on him.

Again, I don't want damage buffs. I don't want early game buffs, this is why I ask for an AP ratio buff to his w rather than base heal buffs. Would just be a nice small buff to Bard's utility.

I love playing Bard and it's not that I don't think he's viable, but he's not great either. He loses a lot of matchups bot and I consider him a mid to late game support. Just a lot of things bully him in the bot lane since he's squishy and short ranged, so would be nice if his heals scaled into the later stages of the game with him.

Or maybe connect Bard's heal amount to his chimes would be nice. Anything to make sure it doesn't effect his healing in lane to make it overbearing.
