Quinn needs to be gutted.
She has too much utility in her kit. Top lane is pretty much pick/ban Quinn where it's impossible to engage on her unless you outrange her by playing someone like Xerath, or play someone with a blink so they don't get disengaged mid dash. It's surprising there's not much complaint about her compared to how people were bitching about on release Zoe. At least zoe requires you to land a skillshot before deleting where as Quinn just point click knock back with an unrealistic slow, Q + AA then you're dead.
