So from what I gathered from the posts made by ghostcrawler in the last couple of days is

Riot apparently doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Where is this company going? You guys are saying you won't implement things because they seem predictable? That's a terrible business model for a company as big as Riot Games. The whole point of a company is to make a supply that the people demand. This is simple economics yet no one at Riot thinks " Hey maybe we should help implement things like giving more customization to hud or putting in a sandbox mode." Things like this is what I as a consumer want from you guys yet is never delivered its always just soon or we'll get there eventually. Why is this company so secretive or seems to not care about what the community thinks? It's like you guys are trying to alienate your fans. Don't become a company like EA, Mucrosoft, Ubisoft, and Activsion. Your better than this and you know it. I'm not trying to bust balls or anything I just want a explanation as to why this keeps happening.
