Pretty sure Brand is going to be garbage tier after the Rylais nerf.
I can't imagine playing him anymore after Rylais is nerfed into the ground. It was a good run Brand, was fun.

dakota saturn2 votesWhy Brand of all champs? He still has a stun and huge aoe damage. Brand wouldn't even get Rylai's until 20-30 minutes into the game, so I don't see why this would ruin him more than like Cassiopeia or nidalee

The slows make landing Q easier.
The slows make Liandrys do double burn.
As long as the item does these two things he will be relatively unchanged.

It makes his burn hurt much more with Liandries and his passive refreshes the stacks.
As for Cass, the lessened slow will make catching her easier, no doubt.

They are nerfing not only the slow but the stats as well making it cost ineffective. Brand without Rylais/liandries is trash and there is no reason to play him because he has 0 utility other than a really shitty avoidable stun without rylai's slow.
Hence why I'm going back to vel'koz since he has built in slows and more utility with similiar damage. No point in playing Brand anymore.

One crappy single target stun avoidable skill shot isn't enough utility to keep playing brand.
