Option to kick people in Champ Select.

EDIT: Alright a lot of hate, clearly this has been posted a lot and people are obviously getting tired of it, so I'd like to apologize for putting forward this idea that has been declined by riot multiple times, but still I'm tired of dodging due to trolls in champion select and I'd appreciate if riot put forward an idea or concept to deal with this matter. Thank you understanding, Godspeed.

Before you read this, take note that this is in Gold 3 ELO. Also, i'm new to the league boards, and im fairly certain that something like this, or similar to this has been posted before, but theres always a chance, so i'm posting it anyways.

I was in ranked champ select when the first 3 people on the team picked, Yi, Talon and Jayce (And we still needed an ADC and a frontline). Jayce had originally called mid, but talon completely ignored that fact and picked talon anyways, stating that he had indeed called mid prior (also the fact that now we had 2 ad champions). There was still an easy way out of it, our jungler just had to play someone tanky or ap and our jayce could go top instead, but he/she picked master yi, refusing to communicate with the team. Now everyone started arguing, with decent reason, we had 3 ad assassins, we still needed an adc, and we had no tank. So i did the most logical thing, I dodged. But now i'm looking at 3 less LP, and on top of that unable to enter ranked queues for 30 minutes.

What would've made that alot easier, is if i, if my team had the option to kick talon before the game started, i don't lose LP or have to wait 30 minutes, my team doesn't have to deal with that guy anymore, and maybe he gets like a 5 minute ban, and it shows him the reason why he was kicked, this will maybe help him be less toxic next time he queues up, and if he gets kicked again, then he starts getting progressively more serious consequences, like_ longer wait times_, automated reports sent to tribunal, and possibly LP loss. Note that this is for ranked games only, and that i am completely aware that this can be abused by some people, so it works like surrender votes, 3 out of 5, or possibly, 4 out 5 people have to agree, and abusing this would result in consequences for the person who abuses it, this can all be changed and edited and is still a WIP.

Yeah let's give the meta sheep more power.

and abusing this would result in consequences for the person who abuses it

Ahahahahaha Riot still doesn't even deal with people who spam false reports.

They released a post (or article can't remember which) about why they aren't going to do this and they have very good reasons for why they are not going to do this.

Threads like this have been made and denied with good evidence as to why it won't work. Please stop making these threads peeps.

My problem with the "too abusable" argument is that they go and release champions like TahmKench,Kalista and Bard that can directly effect their allies... Which Riot had previously stated they'd never do.

Everything is freaking abusable. The current way champ select works is abusable, in that you're at the complete mercy of pick order rather than what you're best at playing. I've seen first picks ban out all their counters and lock in a champ with no regard to their teammates. I've also seen them ban out the champions their teammates said they'd like to play.

In this case, I don't think the punishment or time penalty is needed, but I feel like if four other people didn't want to play with you, you probably didn't want to play with them either. This system would do way more good than it would do harm. =/

Nope, not gonna happen.

Too abusable.

Not playing the meta is not a bannable offense. Riot doesn't care what champions are picked nor how many/which champions go to any given lane.

According to the Summoner's Code, no one on your team did anything toxic unless they were also verbally abusive.
