How to fix toxic kits of some champions

: Instead of flat AD bonus from her ult give the bonus to her W so instead of buying crit you need to get AS items to deal more damage.

: Make him channel his ult for ( ) seconds and you can interrupt him when he is channelling. If you get caught in his stun you will die anyway and this way he wont be able to just walk up to you and nuking you to oblivion with no counterplay.

: Cancel her ultimate if she dies.

: I honestly dont know how you fix such an overloaded champion.
