We were down something like 10 kills early game too. We had no buisiness winning that game (since I fed Draven lele) until our 1/1/2 AD Cinderhulk Jungle Ekko casually decided to start literally 1v5'ing.
This AD Bruiser Jungle Ekko did way more damage than any AP Ekko mid I've seen thus far.

your itemization makes for a strong build on a lot of champions. pretty versatile regardless of how your champions scales.
