Animation cancelling on Vayne is hurting her damage output

At the time of post, I just came out of a match where I was playing Vayne and I kept seeing a lot of bolts make contact for literally zero damage (no numbers returning) all because of animation cancelling. There was even a time where firing Condemn (E) would do absolutely nothing if I used it and instantly redirected movement. I believe at this point, I will cease to use Vayne until her cancelling is fixed. It's really hurting her DPS when she fires a bolt but won't properly deal damage due to certain interactions with animation. I missed a crucial kill on Kalista because a surefire bolt struck for zero damage when I turned to evade the turret range as soon as it launched (Kalista was at maybe 10-20 health and the bolt that would've killed her returned no numbers when it struck).

EDIT: My support that game was seeing the same thing: bolts flying for no damage.

This is a visual bug that is possible on every ranged champ. It means you are canceling the attack too early. Maybe just 1 frame too early not sure.

Wait so I'm trying to get it to happen in practice tool but the phantom projectile gets destroyed when this happens. I remember in older versions of the game it would show the phantom projectile go all the way to the target and it was pretty confusing. But it shouldn't do that anymore.
