Cassiopeia Ultimate Upgrade [Idea]

As it stands, Cass' ult is a cone-shaped burst of damage, stunning enemies (or slowing if looking away) for 2 seconds and dealing decent damage. If you know its coming, its easy to avoid the stun portion. Quite frankly, even if you don't know its coming, there is a 50/50 chance you'll have turned away anyways. This ability is extremely unreliable for what it is supposed to be, her form of cc, if half the time it doesn't even work.

What if it just lasted longer?

New Petrifying Gaze

• After a brief delay (and hissing sound), for the next 5 seconds, anyone in a cone who faces Cassiopeia is dealt 150/250/350 (+25% AP) magic damage and stunned for 1/1.5/2 seconds. Other than the brief delay, Cassiopeia has free movement and command over her other abilities during this time.

What this means Basically, instead of pressing R once and praying the enemy is facing you, the gaze lasts longer, so that for the next 5 seconds they are barred from looking in your direction. The disadvantages, of course, is that it does nothing to enemies just facing away (no damage or slow), the stun duration at early ranks is lower, and the AP ratio is lower.
