My absolute favorite is still after all this time the Garen Ultimate.
Killing someone with that thing is GLORIOUS YOu want to screm DEMACIA in real life while you do it.

Diving in, doing the damage, then shadow out while waiting for the "pop" to kill the enemy.
2 DEMACIA!!!! Yes there is something to be said about a giant sword falling on them and your screen getting that sweet effect off a kill. Bonus points for when you see the Villain mark activate on them so you know it is going to kill them.
1 What is better than a giant sword? How about 5 Death Lasers? Seeing everyone run around while it follows them gives me such a great feeling of power. Then when the beam finally hits and you here the double/triple/quanta/ or even penta kill brings a feeling that not even Garen ult can bring forth.
Shonjl19 votesI personally agree with Kartheus ult, its just so terrifying knowing you can't stop it from hitting you, not to mention the effects that happen when it hits. Its literally like the whole rift shakes from the power of the blasts, not even Garen's ult causes the very rift to tremble.
My personal favorite is Viegar's ult, more specifically Final Boss Viegar aiming at an Ezreal. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing that crossdresser double flash away crapping his pants only to explode in a wonderful pixely explosion of death.

Aren't you supposed to though? I liked Garen's ult a lot more shortly after his visual update when the screen ripple effect on kill was MUCH more pronounced. It seriously felt like it was going to shatter my monitor and it was EPIC.
Since they nerfed the hell out of the visuals on that though, my most satisfying ult is probably . There's something carnally pleasing about watching 5 enemy health bars disintegrate while THAT LAUGH goes off. deep inhale Intoxicating. >:)

: It's essentially a huge middle finger as you send a huge earth-shattering crack through the ground, sending the whole enemy team running.
: Nothing feels better than being an unstoppable onslaught, running at the enemy horde, nothing that they can do about it, except maybe sidestep.
: Super saiyan baby, go god mode and destroy people as they see you with the press of a button change the tides of battle and the kill potential increase exponentially.
: CanNAUT believe that no one's mentioned this guy's ult. Such a good feeling when you mark an enemy for death, and as they foolishly run away, seeking so-called safety behind their tanks only to be knocked aside by the charge and finally get the marked's depth charge to the grey screen
