I have found the deadliest Middle/Jungle combo for lane phase

A good Rammus. A good Cassiopeia.

It's the deadliest combo that I have ever experienced. Rammus' taunt makes it very easy to land poison. With the massive amount of damage Cassiopeia can deal with her E, the enemy either dies during the taunt duration or has 10% health at the end of the taunt duration.

Well, to be honest, rammus paired with a high-damage champion works super well. Some Champs I like to gank for: akali, brand, anivia, swain, malzahar, leblanc, kassadin...the list goes on. Basically, the ones that don't actually disrupt your Cc to deal their damage.

or Cass runs out of mana.

Same scenario, but go with either azir or Heimer.

Put soldiers/turrets around said enemy, or have ramus pull them in. Right before they lose the taunt, use your knockup/stun, then apply R>Q/RW to nuke them one last time.

No survivors in lane, easy landing for every thing.

Yeah Azir would be way better for this.

pretty sure the most bullshit lane phase combo is and always will be (unless they get reworked significantly) warwick and malzahar

malz doesn't even have to land abilities just walk up and R you, or flash R you, or have warwick flash R you, then whoever R'd first blows their abilities during the second ult

I have yet to see a champion that can survive the combo once it starts, assuming no outside interference (and many can't survive it even with outside interference unless said interference is basically immediate as soon as they get ulted the first time).
