Why should I play Lee Sin?

I've been playing a lot of lee lately and honestly am starting to question why I do. I'm not an ignorant League player I know a lot about the game and it's a genuine question. what does he provide that other junglers don't? he can pull off flashy moves sure, but i feel like people tend to overrate his early game. back in the day he could outduel nearly anyone with the armor on his w but now, a lot of junglers can outduel him. THIS IS NOT A BUFF LEE THREAD BY THE WAY.

i'm honestly curious, i love playing lee but i feel like it's a bad pick in champ select compared to other junglers, BUT i refuse to play what i dont think is fun, thats why i play league in the first place. so what specifically does he provide? i know he's a generalist but i feel that there are a lot better generalist junglers out there.

Damn near impossible to kill, damn near impossible to run away from, damn near impossible to 1v1. He's got a strong early game, can gank from many different directions, reveals stealth, has a shit ton of mobility and utility, full tank will still do a shit ton of damage to squishies. He's just an all around great champion.

He provides stupid mobility mainly.

Of course it's quite hard mechanically (hard to ward - jump when you suddenly get jumped on by 3 people in the enemy jungle) but it's there.

A good Lee literally will not be caught when invading and being a pest, stealing my jungle. :(

If you can play him well, there is no reason not to play Lee. With all the tools and raw numerical power Lee in the hands of a skilled player is an absolute monster. You can completely fuck up your enemy's jungle to no end with your absurd damage and mobility while escaping any ambush they try to set up for you. You can gank like a madman and get your lanes fed rather easily. Lee with Chilling Smite and ability to land his Q consistently will at least force flash in ganks more often than not. And while his late game damage isn't that high, mobility and CC never fall off - one good ultimate can and will completely turn the outcome of the game. And even if it isn't perfect it's still a nuke and a potent peel/disengage tool - and if you can't get a good angle, with recent buffs you can kick the tank into their backline to cut ~60% of their carries' HP.

the thing is i've been comparing him with ekko. sure lee can potentially force flashes but literally you walk into lane with ekko and you either stun for 2.25 or flash, or a kill. lee has no hard cc other than his ult, and ekko's damage is respectable as well early, as well as not falling off late with a huge aoe stun, 3 slows, and a potentially huge aoe ult.

Im a bad lee sin player I have tried him and im just bad at him i decited to stop trying cause ive heard he isnt that strong

i do feel like hes an nice pick to get because i feel like anny jungler i play rather im ahead or not i sort of get penalized if id buy sight stone cause its sort of expensive early as a jungler yet not worth late if you just upgrade trinket

how ever lee sin is probertly the only jungler on wich id say its worth

Because he's the easiest jungler out there with the easiest time to play decent and nice. Also easiest ganker and godlike early game rivalling only 4 champions, also he's safe and most forgiving champ, with 4 potential escapes,no resource as long as you aa 1 time every 2 spells, broken as fuck ult.

absurd early damage, high scaleing burst if built agressive, decent utillity and basedamage so also works tanky, very high junglesustain with good clear, massive ganks due mobillity+cc+heavy damage, besides elise the strongest early duelist, huge safty from mobillity, so he can go for risky invades/plays and get out alive if something goes wrong, god-tier dragon-/baron-steals.

So overall, he sprots and incredible earlygame that only is somewhat matched by elise and reksai, combines it with huge safty and heavy snowballing, while depending on the player skil still beeing decent later on.

he's definitely not the strong early duelist other than elise, there's way more.
