Player base / matchmaking in Season 10 is jacked?

I went from like Bronze 3 to Gold 4 in 30 or so games at 70% win rate. After hitting Gold 4 I had A LOT of games where at least one lane would feed their asses off and sometimes ragequit. It seemed like at least one in three games was straight up troll. I couldn't help but tilt, and now like 50 games later I am still in Gold 4 with 51% win rate.

The competitiveness of ranked games has been drug through the mud for me. The following things ruin a lot of what I enjoy about ranked:

1. Smurfs in Silver/Gold elo
2. Duo Queue feels unfair (fun fact you can go vs two duo queue pairs while having none on your team)
3. New players in Silver/Gold elo who have no idea what they are doing
4. Too often people are feeding 3+ kills before 10 minutes in the game
5. Too many rage quitters EDIT: or trolls who do blatantly troll stuff
6. Lastly, there are certain champions that really deserve nerfs but dont
