I don't see why this idea got 0 support. This is not that bad. It's not 400% better than everyone else, but it is still pretty good.

You're right... He's the real MPV, 2015 assassits. A new record in Karthus support. So few use their ults to, almost kill, to almost get that ace or penta. What a bro!

It still works well enough that it could be used. Its not like it doesnt take some sort of effort to secure kills early and "snowball" which really only two people got high amounts of kills. I'll keep playing it and if i run into comps that destroy me i'll let you know. The numbers seem at least respectable.

Yeah, I can see how it would work. Karthus with no CDR, or little to low can, and dose AA inbtween every Q. I once did a silly match with friends, and grabbed ice born, I was surprised. He is right up there with fastest spell blade procs alive.

Consider item 3116 for ganks though, it makes life so easy. Your single hit Q counts for a 35%, you can have an easy constant 15% slow, and your ult can now slow for assists. Way useful.
